• Every US$ 1.00 spent with shopping or payments with TAM’s Credit Card generates 1.33 point for TAM’s FIDELIDADE FFP.
• There are over 4,500 commercial establishments taking part in the program, where the client can score points.

HOW TO ACCUMULATE POINTS
- Flying with TAM or partner airline companies;
- Using TAM’s Credit Card for shopping or payments;
- Using the services or establishments that take part in TAM’s FIDELIDADE FFP.

HOW TO REDEEM YOUR POINTS
Accumulated points can be redeemed for air tickets to any location served by TAM or by its partner airline companies, or even as upgrades, allowing the client to fly in a service class immediately above the one corresponding to the paid ticket.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE
The client just needs to complete an adhesion form and hand it in at the check-in or in our aircrafts, or they can register in the program through TAM’s website. After the fourth scoring register, or upon achieving at least 4,000 points, the client receives the permanent TAM’s FIDELIDADE Card.
